The US$100,000 competition will see eight of the top Heroes of the Storm teams battle it out

Intel® Extreme Masters Katowice will host its World Championships in Poland this year (March 4-6), and alongside it the ESL Heroes of the Storm™ Europe Spring Regional Katowice. The US$100,000 competition will see eight of the top Heroes of the Storm teams battle it out for a lion’s share of the prize money and the top two teams will earn a spot at the Heroes of the Storm Spring Global Championship – a US$500,000 tournament coming up later this year (April 1-3).

European teams will have chances to prove themselves in online qualifiers running throughout January and February. The top eight teams from the online qualifiers will advance to take on their rivals and compete for two spots at the Spring Global Championship in Korea where they will face off against the best teams from all over the world.
